Return Policy

• ➤ Same-Day Return Policy: Customers can raise a return request on the same day of delivery only.
• ➤ Return request must be supported with an unboxing video clearly showing the issue.
• ➤ Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• ➤ Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed after product verification.
• ➤ Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellation Policy

• ➤ Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
• ➤ Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not allowed.
• ➤ Refund for cancelled orders will be processed within 3–7 working days.
• ➤ In case of prepaid orders, payment gateway charges (if any) may be deducted.

Replacement Eligibility

• ➤ Replacement is applicable only for damaged, leaked, defective, or incorrect products.
• ➤ An unboxing video is mandatory for claim approval.
